Sky-IT reserves all rights, in our sole discretion, to limit or cancel any purchase of the products and/or services to any individual and/or household, order, geographic region or jurisdiction. These restrictions may include products and/or services booked and/or purchased by the same registered account, the same credit and/or debit card, or the same billing address or shipping address. Sky-IT shall attempt to notify you by contacting your registered or provided email address and/or contact number if your booking cancellation occurs. We may also exercise such rights on a case-by- case basis.

Sky-IT reserves all rights to limit the quantities or discontinue any product or services in our website that, in our sole judgement, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors. Any campaign for any product or service made on our website is void where prohibited.

Refund and Cancellation of Service

Certain products and services may be available exclusively on our website for limited time and/or quantities. You are aware that purchased and/or booked products and services from Sky-IT are subject to refund and subject to availability. Changing of service time should be done by contacting the Service Provider (“Service Provider”) 24 hour(s) from the date of such actual service. Refund can be requested if you notify us via email within 7 days since the booking start date. Sky-IT shall not entertain any refund request for booking that has passed more than 7 days since the booking start date.

Refund is only applicable if the Service Provider:

1. Does not fulfill the services due to business closed temporarily or permanently.
2. Failed to provide service due to the shortage of resources or emergency events.

You acknowledge and agree that made booking requires a full payment. No exchange will be offered after completing a booking. You are also aware that booked services from Sky-IT are subject to refund.

Your non-availability by the agreed booking time may result in the cancellation of your entire booking. It is your responsibility to check all your booking details before payment completion.

Sky-IT will not make a refund to any unfulfilled bookings due to nature or emergency events that directly and/or indirectly caused by human errors, including but not limited to:

1. Late acceptance or fail to show up during booking duration under any circumstances.
2. Fail to present your booking information upon arrival.
3. Fail to verify your identity.
4. Service Provider rejection due to violence, sexual or any verbal and/or physical offense.
5. Service Provider rejection due to the gender-unmatching issue for Female Only labelled services.

Include your booking number and a brief description regarding your refund request in the email and send us at skyittous@outlook.com and/or leechoyi@outlook.com. Any refund request without a valid booking number will not be accepted.

Once we have received your refund request, we shall notify you via your registered email. After we have inspected your refund request, we shall notify you once again via your registered email regarding the approval or rejection of your request.

Once your refund has been approved, the refund amount will be deposited into your preferred bank account automatically. The transaction shall take 5 working days. Should you not receive a refund of an approved refund request, kindly contact your bank to check your bank account activities as some transactions take time to be shown or to be processed. Should the refund not found after you have checked with the bank, please contact us at skyittous@outlook.com and/or leechoyi@outlook.com

Sky-IT reserves all rights, at our sole and unfettered discretion, but have no obligation, to refund and to refuse any refund or cancellation request, and to cancel any service to anyone for any reason at any time with or without prior notice.

Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

We accept:

a) Visa and Master Card and are processed using Global Payment;

Global Payment are secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card information in a secure host environment.

By submitting your personal information and credit/debit card, bank account or payment gateway account information, to our website upon account registration, information modification, product and/or service booking or purchase and during contacting us, you acknowledge and agree that the submitted information is current, complete, valid and accurate. Once your booking is accepted and processed by us, payment will be made in full.

You also agree to promptly update your account and other information, including but not limited to, email address, credit/debit card(s) number and its expiration date to avoid from error occurrence during completing your transaction and to enable us in contacting you regarding your registered account or booking.

Liability and Indemnity

Except the relation to our contractual obligations to supply products and/or services following acceptance of booking made via our website, neither we nor any of our directors, officers, employees, interns, affiliates, agents, contractors, suppliers, service providers, licensors or other representatives will be liable in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise for any losses and damages whatsoever in any way connected with your use of our website.

Should you choose the direct payment gateway as your payment method during booking and/or purchase completion, you acknowledge and agree that Sky-IT. shall encrypt your credit and/or debit card information with Secure Socket Layer Technology (SSL) through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS).
